Ocean Set is coming to London. Our Surf Fit sessions are heading to Sea Lanes Canary Wharf - a brand new outdoor pool in the heart of the docklands, and one of the most exciting new training venues in the city.

Same coaching. Same results. Just with a Canary Wharf skyline as your backdrop.

What to expect

Surf Fit is built around the movements that matter most in the water - paddle strength, pop-up power, rotational control and core stability. Each session combines poolside functional training with in-water drills that challenge your balance, coordination and fitness in ways a gym simply can't replicate.

Surf-specific training that works whether you've never stood on a board or you're chasing better sessions every time you hit the water. Softboard included. Wetsuit required.

Who it's for

Surfers, open-water swimmers, triathletes, or anyone who wants a genuinely different outdoor workout. Sessions are coached, social and fun - show up at whatever level you're at and leave fitter for it.

The venue

Sea Lanes Canary Wharf opens at Eden Dock in June 2026, a 50-metre outdoor pool bringing open-water training to the heart of London. Changing rooms, sauna and food and drink all on site.
