Structured sessions to help you become a more efficient surfer. If you think fitness is hindering your surfing or you just want to improve your surf-specific strength and mobility then these sessions will be great for you. 

We will help you develop your paddle strength and endurance, helping you to catch more waves. More waves = better surfer.

If the sea is too rough to get into then we will run a surf-specific dry land training session.

Wednesdays 7.30am | Fridays 7.30am | 1hour | x1 £12 | x5 £50
